University (UBa) neighborhood (Tubah Subdivision) is rapidly gaining grounds and
popularity in the Bamenda cosmopolitan city. With the launching of the Bamenda
University in 2010 by the head of state H.E President Paul Biya during the 2010 political tour in the North West Region of Cameroon, gave the people of Bamenda the singular opportunity to witness a rapid infastructural revolution. With the seed of the UBa pranted at
